    Up for sale is a Salvaged Metal Base with a Thick Plastic Wrap. Not very old and estimation would be 90's. Definitely for outdoor use as the plastic has protected the metal from weather. I'm not sure of the original use. 4 holes on each end for easy mounting and no idea which end was top or bottom, maybe neither. Would make a nice base for a Garden Pedestal or Patio Table Base. Surface can be Spray Paint your color of choice.                       5 1/2"H, Center is 4" x 4" and ends are 7 5/8" x 7 5/8". Weighs 10-15 lbs
