FREIGHT SHIPPING:
When an item ships via freight (truck) delivery, a valid phone number is required so that we can contact you to schedule delivery. The item will be delivered curbside and an adult signature is required.  Freight items must be inspected upon delivery.  In the unlikely event damage is observed, please take photos and refuse the delivery. Message the photos to us.  Returns will not be accepted on freight items after they have been delivered, inspected, and the driver has left the premises.
Returns
If your merchandise is defective or damaged in shipping, we will replace the item if available, or issue you a prepaid return label for a full refund.
If your item is missing a part or has a damaged part, please do not worry, just message us and we will take care of you.
All other returns, the return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and must be returned in factory fresh condition in the original box and packing materials.

6-Angle Pin System With Protective Cover
The ITX9400 features a patented protective cover for the easy to adjust six angle pin system. Just position the pin in the desired angle and know that your inversion position will be safe, comfortable and consistent every time. Old tether strap systems require the user to dismount entirely climb underneath the table in order to adjust and can loosen after repeated use.
