You are welcome to return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. There will be information included with your order regarding our return procedure. You must contact us prior to returning an item for it to be accepted.
In the even that the item is not as described, we will provide you with a return label at no cost to you (US addresses only). as well as issue a full refund of your purchase price. At your request, we can ship a replacement item (if available), instead of issuing a refund.
Please note that if you have paid extra for a faster shipping option (for example 2nd Day Air), the additional shipping cost is nonrefundable. In addition, we are only able to cover return shipping from the address that we shipped your order to. All items paid by 3:00 PM EST will ship same day. The ones paid after that time, will ship next business day. Holidays, Saturday and Sundays are not business days. If your item was purchased after 3:00 PM EST on Friday, it will be shipped on Monday.

Our standard shipping will be through either USPS or FedEx Ground/Home Delivery. If you need your purchase faster, we can look into expedited shipping for an additional cost. IIf FedEx shipping is used, please enter a physical address during the checkout, as FedEx will not ship to a PO Box.
All shipments will comply with applicable carrier regulations and Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 49. Items classified as ORM-D will labeled as such and will not be eligible for international shipping.
Q: Who Is Responsible for Return Shipping Costs?

Yes. However, in very rare cases when we think the original box is not strong enough to protect your item during shipping, we will replace it with a new box and pack it professionally.

You must keep the item and its packaging for up to 8 business days as the carrier may inspect it. If your item was lost in transit, the carrier has 8 business days to locate the package. If your package is not found, you will receive a full refund.
